  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and we reserve the right to report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.

5. TikTok Integration

PostVercl integrates with TikTok's API to provide content management services. By using our service, you agree to:

  • Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Maintain the security of your TikTok account credentials
  • Use only content that you own or have proper authorization to publish
  • Accept that PostVercl is not responsible for TikTok's platform policies or changes

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PostVercl, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by PostVercl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to PostVercl. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Payment Terms

During our beta period, access to PostVercl may be provided at no charge. Future pricing and payment terms will be communicated prior to any changes. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
  • Pay all fees associated with your account
  • Accept that all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PostVercl SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PostVercl and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees (if applicable)
  • Extended period of account inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, subject to our Privacy Policy.
